This sixteen-pound amp only puts out five-watts of power, but the tone that it delivers rivals many larger, and more powerful amps. The Valve Junior sports one 12AX7 Preamp Tube and one EL84 Power tube. These tubes have been equipped with DC filaments, which reduce humming.
